Nestled in the scenic town of Stellenbosch, ScootCafé has been a trusted name in scooter sales, servicing, and rentals since 2015.
ScootCafé is now proudly owned by Michael and Alison, a husband-and-wife duo with a love for two wheels. Michael, a lifelong bike enthusiast, is no stranger to engines – often found fixing up bikes at home. He’s spent the last 33 years in the wine industry, now he's thrilled to shift gears and take his passion for scooters full-time.
Alison has spent many years working in higher education. Together, Michael and Alison enjoy going on outrides and exploring the remote corners of South Africa on two wheels.

Our team
Our team of highly qualified mechanics take real enjoyment in working on all things bike related. As keen riders themselves, our customers are treated with a sense of camaraderie that is integral to the biking world. We offer a wide spectrum of services, from full restorations, annual servicing and every day repairs.
